A few months ago, I underwent a hip replacement and I already knew how important rehabilitation would be in the process of getting back to health. I started with a program dedicated to the first weeks after the surgery when I gradually regained mobility. Anna's story

While playing football, I suffered a serious injury - damage to the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and medial meniscus in the knee. Thomas's story

Classical dance has been my passion and love for years. Unfortunately, during one of the classes I injured my knee – I experienced severe pain and had trouble fully straightening my leg. Concerned, I quickly went to an orthopedist, who after tests diagnosed a meniscus injury and referred me for a stitching procedure.
