You're almost there—now we'll fine-tune your work environment.

Log in to your account and complete your profile to tailor your platform experience to your needs.

A completed profile allows you to better tailor your workflow and enables more precise support from a specialist.

Step 4 PREPARE YOUR LIST OR CHECK YOUR PATH

Step 4: Work Your Path

At Wellsi, you work based on a plan prepared by your specialist.

The path is created based on your condition, goal, and the information you provide during the collaboration. It is constantly updated with your progress and feedback.

My Path

This is your individual work plan—tailored to you and evolving with the process.

  • You receive specific sessions and a sequence of activities.
  • You work according to a clearly defined plan.
  • The path is updated based on your progress.

This is where your main work takes place.

My List

Additionally, you can create your own list of programs you want to have quick access to.

  • You save selected sessions.
  • You return to them at any time.
  • You supplement your work with additional elements.

My List is a support tool—the foundation of your work is always "My Path."

Step 5: Complete information about your condition

Effective work at Wellsi relies on one key element—your feedback.

Your information allows the specialist to precisely adjust and update your path.

My condition

Complete the health form available in the My condition tab.

  • Start by completing it at the beginning
  • Update it when anything changes (e.g., pain, range of motion, well-being)
  • Treat it as a regular part of your work, not a one-time activity.

This is the most important source of information for your specialist.

Communicating with the specialist

Have a question or concern? Use the chat available next to your path.

  • Ask a question while working
  • Clarify your exercise progress
  • Report changes or issues

Go to the My Path tab to access the chat.

Program Evaluation

After completing the program, provide brief feedback.

  • Assess the program's impact on your well-being
  • Help you better tailor subsequent path elements

The more precise information you provide, the better your workflow will be tailored.

Step 6: Prepare Yourself and Your Surroundings

A well-prepared environment means greater comfort, safety, and better quality of work.

Take a moment to create conditions where you can focus solely on the session.

Space

Choose a quiet place that allows you freedom of movement.

  • Remove obstacles
  • Provide yourself with a safe space

Clothing

Choose comfort and freedom.

  • Loose, stretchy clothing
  • It's best to practice barefoot for better control and contact with the ground.

Equipment

If the session requires it, prepare the necessary accessories.

  • Mat, straps, or other Elements
  • Keep them within reach

Hydration

Keep water nearby—hydration affects comfort and performance.

Stabilization

If you need support with balance:

  • Place a chair nearby or use a wall

Mental Preparation

Pause for a moment.

  • Take a few calm breaths
  • Focus on the upcoming session

Conditions

  • Ensure a comfortable temperature
  • Dress in layers to adjust during the session

Device

Set up The screen should be positioned so you can see and hear instructions effortlessly.

  • Eye height
  • Stable device position

Distraction-free

Turn on "Do Not Disturb" mode on your phone or tablet.

Good preparation is part of the process – it helps you get the most out of each session.

This allows you to see your commitment and the development of your exercise habit in real time.

If you work according to a plan prepared by a specialist:

  • You see your progress (%)
  • You know what the next step is

Consistency

It's not about perfection—it's about consistency.

Even small sessions build Effect over time.

Each completed session is real progress.

Notice it and build on it.

After the session

Stop for a moment and check:

  • how you feel
  • what was helpful
  • if anything needs attention
